Payment Procedures

The registration fee includes:  

  • Admission to sessions
  • Admission to exhibit area
  • Mid-morning and afternoon coffee breaks
  • Conference materials
  • Official Reception

Payment of Registration Fee and ISTRC Membership
Payment should be made in advance, in US dollars, in one of the following ways.  Please follow the payment instructions below carefully. Please note that registration is not complete until receipt of the fee.

1.  Wire Bank transfer 
Registration and payment made by credit card will need to add US$25 to the registration fee to cover banking expenses

2.  Credit Card: only VISA is accepted

Registration and payment  made by credit card will need to add 6% to the registration fee to cover banking expenses.

3.  International Check payable to International Potato Center.

We only accept cheque from a US Bank.  Send a copy of the registration form with the cheque made payable to -  International Potato Center  - in US dollars only to:

Cancellation and Refunds
Request for refunds will be honored only until September 01, 2009 and will be subject to an unrefundable processing fee of US$70.
