Registration

Registration is encouraged. Please register before 15 May, 2009. Please send it electronically to the Organizing Committee. When Possible please send the Abstract (s) of your work (s).

Registration Fee.

Thanks to fund raising efforts we have been able to keep the symposium costs very low. There are two categories of fees. The symposium participation fee and ISTRC memberships. The membership fee is obligatory. ISTRC exists only to conduct these meetings and has no other income source. Your memberships, paid with the symposium fee are how the society continues to function between symposia.

These fee do not include your meals or lodging. See the link for more information.

• Ordinary: US$ 150 plus the cost of the ordinary obligatory membership (US$ 90/three years) making a total payment of US$ 240 for regular participants.
• Students: US$ 75 plus student obligatory membership (US$ 45/three years).Total : US$ 120.
• Members who have paid the obligatory membership will receive later the Proceedings as well as other benefits.

Send your Registration as soon as possible.

Important Notice on Financial Support to attend the Meeting:

Neither the International Potato Center nor ISTRC have funds to cover your financial costs to attend the Symposium, not travel, hotel, meals or registration fees. We encourage all participants to seek for funds locally or from international organizations.
